I received this product as a gift for some promotion and have never felt any immediate effect from any burner (I have used all HSN ones). However, this one causes me to feel a warm sensation within about 30 minutes or so, lasting up to 2 hours. I only take 1 capsule, sometimes 2. Very nice now in winter!
