General shipping conditions

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, at which point we notify you by email. As a rule, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched that same day and will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours (working days).

Orders placed by 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday and those placed after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday and delivered from Tuesday.

During promotional periods (e.g. the days surrounding Black Friday), shipments may experience slight delays due to the increased number of orders being processed. In some cases, and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.

Our courier typically delivers during business hours. If you require a specific delivery time, you may note this in the order comments. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it, as delivery times depend on the courier's schedule and routes.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

To guarantee the quality of our service, all our shipments are insured against loss and theft.

Please ensure that all your order details are complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, zip code, or missing information, or if the courier is unable to contact you, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery or return costs. If you realize there is an error in your details while your order is still being prepared, please contact us immediately.

Additionally, we ask that you provide a valid contact phone number for the delivery country (a local or national number) to ensure the courier can reach you if needed. Please note that if you provide an international number, the courier may not be able to contact you.

Standard shipping ensures a delivery time between 24 and 72 hours (working days), depending on the destination city.

Shipping conditions to Azores and Madeira

We currently only ship to mainland Portugal. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Azores and Madeira.
