We use nzmp™ from Fonterra™, an instant whey protein concentrate made from fresh whey from cheese production.
The raw material is sourced from milk from grass-fed cows. The whey is ultrafiltered to concentrate its proteins, spray-dried and instantized with a small amount of sunflower lecithin.
This process yields a protein with:

How to prepare 100% Whey Protein Concentrate?
- Pour 250 ml of water, milk or plant milk into a shaker.
- Add about 30 g of product.
- Close the shaker and shake for a few seconds until you get a smooth mixture.
Adding the liquid first and then the powder helps prevent the protein from clumping at the bottom of the shaker.

- With 200 ml: the shake will have more body.
- With more than 250 ml: it will be lighter.
