All the ingredients used in our products are carefully selected and always analysed to guarantee their quality using the latest technology. All our ingredients are accompanied by a certificate of analysis that guarantees the content of the active ingredients, their exact composition, the purity of the raw material, the absence of contaminants and their sterility. Special attention is paid to ensuring that they do not contain harmful substances such as pesticides, lead, mercury, bacteria, fungi or other harmful substances.

Each and every one of the raw materials (ingredients) we use comes from the best producers in the world, each one in its speciality, such as: protein concentrates from Europe and New Zealand, creatine from Germany, amino acids and glutamine from Japan and Korea, CLA from the Netherlands, carnitine and vitamins from Switzerland, omega-3 fatty acids from Norway and krill oil from Antarctica, herbal extracts from all over the world, and much more. This is the only way to guarantee consistently high product quality. We would like to emphasise once again that everything used in our products is previously analysed, thereby guaranteeing that it is 100% correct in every sense, and ensuring that our finished product meets all quality standards.

Omega-3 fish oil is widely known by everyone as healthy. In this case, the EPA and DHA fatty acids are the key nutrients. Therefore, it goes without saying that it is necessary to indicate the exact amount of both on the product labelling. Otherwise, it is a non-standardised fish oil with very low levels of EPA and DHA, and therefore its quality is uncertain and potentially variable.

In addition to what has been mentioned about Omega 3, in the case of fish oil it is very important that contaminants have been properly removed, as fish tend to store heavy metals, pesticides and PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) in their fat, thereby ensuring a pure and healthy product. Properly removing these substances requires quite a lot of time, but it is crucial for the product to be healthy and free from contaminants. As can be understood from the example described, the use of top-quality raw materials is the difference between a "valuable" product and another of inferior quality that provides hardly any benefit.

Herbal products are another of the products that cause the most confusion, and most people do not know how to distinguish a good product from an average or poor one (with no beneficial properties for the body). As an example in this case, we will mention Ashwagandha Withania somnifera, where ashwagandha powder has nothing to do with ashwagandha extract… The first is simply dried ashwagandha ground into powder, while the second involves an extraction process that makes the resulting product much more concentrated. Likewise, within "extracts" we have several types and qualities. An Ashwagandha 10:1 extract is not the same as an Ashwagandha 10:1 extract standardised to 8.5% withanolides. In this case, the " withanolides" are the nutrient/substance that makes the product truly effective. When a product does not specify on its labelling whether it is an extract or not, then what is being sold to us is the plant, or the relevant part of the plant, dried and powdered. And when it is an extract and no standardisation is detailed, it is a NON-standardised/normalised extract that normally lacks any functional effectiveness. It is important to be clear about this when buying food supplements.

Food supplements and dietary products can only fully provide their benefits if the ingredients they contain are present in sufficient and effective doses, but above all in carefully designed combinations that create synergies between each of their components.

The products we offer are mostly manufactured in our production plant, opened in January 2018 in Granada, tested and certified according to the highest European quality standards, in accordance with the strictest hygiene guidelines. All of this is done with the sole aim of guaranteeing absolute purity and sterility; all machines are carefully cleaned before each production cycle. During production, regular quality and weight controls are carried out and recorded accurately. These same controls are also carried out on the finished product before its "release".

Organic product certification guarantees that the manufacturing, processing, storage and distribution processes comply with the criteria established for organic production: raw materials obtained through environmentally friendly practices, absence of genetically modified organisms and rigorous control at every stage of the product.

The entity responsible for issuing this certification is CAAE, a leading organic certification body in Europe with a presence in America, Africa and Asia. In turn, CAAE is accredited by ENAC (Spanish National Accreditation Body), which supports the validity and rigour of its audits in Spain.

This double guarantee ensures that our organic products strictly comply with international and national requirements for organic production.

HACCP

Our factory, located in the province of Granada, is already certified in HACCP, or APPCC in Spanish (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), by Bureau Veritas Certification. This means that the manufacturing process is carried out exclusively by highly trained expert staff, who work in accordance with the hygiene standards of the globally recognised HACCP concept. The production rooms are ALL cleanrooms, also known as clean rooms or "Cleanrooms". We manufacture food supplements under extremely strict manufacturing standards, with pharmaceutical-level quality and requirements. This control process runs from the receipt of the raw material through to the delivery of the finished product and is documented to the highest level of detail, thereby guaranteeing maximum product safety and quality. Compliance with these quality controls ensures that you only receive top-class, 100% guaranteed products.

All our weighing systems are duly certified by independent bodies, ensuring that every ingredient is included in the correct amount in each product. We also have statistical quality controls that are carried out during the process and automatically enter data into our manufacturing system, associating each piece of data with the specific product batch on which the control has been carried out, thereby ensuring that everything is being done correctly. Everything is always documented and stored in as much detail as possible.

This certification guarantees that we renew and filter the air throughout our entire facility at least 15 times per hour, thereby ensuring that we work in a controlled and clean environment at all times. With this certification, we guarantee particle control and ensure that room pressures are correct in order to prevent cross-contamination.

In our plant, we only work with dry products, for which in many cases it is essential that humidity is controlled throughout the entire manufacturing process. The main purpose of this is to guarantee that the product remains in perfect condition throughout its entire shelf life, thereby ensuring that its composition and activity are not negatively affected. This is crucial in products containing hygroscopic ingredients, as if they are not packaged under optimal humidity conditions, they will deteriorate before reaching their best-before date. As an example, we can mention pre-workout supplements, most of which contain betaine HCl, citrulline malate, acetyl L-carnitine… and which, on many occasions, when not manufactured under optimal conditions, turn into a stone-like block just a few months after being packaged, even without having been opened.

We have a computer system that automatically stores all the information described. If there is any problem with any of our manufactured batches, we can use it to review all its information: from the traceability of each and every one of its ingredients, to the pressure, humidity, temperature conditions, etc. under which it was manufactured.
