Within HSN, I am responsible for Quality at the HSN factory and I oversee the development of formulations for supplements and food preparations, as well as reviewing the documentation and requirements of the raw material used in creating products. I also carry out the development of product technical data sheets and the certification of raw material reception, verifying that it meets our quality criteria.

My academic background is focused on biochemistry, biotechnology and food safety, with a technical foundation centred on the supervision of raw materials, biological processes and quality control.
