Within HSN, I work as an NPD Technician (New Product Development). In addition to writing blog articles and answering our customers’ questions through the Nutrinfo service. My role is to bring consumers closer to the most up-to-date scientific evidence on the mechanisms of action of substances found in food supplements, from a critical perspective and supported by medical-sports literature resources, a distinguishing feature compared to our competitors. I also actively participate in product formulation, contributing the most functional approach to the selected active ingredients for athletes.

My academic background and official certifications support my specialisation in sports and health sciences:
- BSc in CAFYD – UGR Faculty of Sports Sciences.
- University Master’s Degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training, specialising in Physical Education – University of León.
- Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT®).
Work experience
I have worked as a collaborating researcher at the University of Granada, PROFITH Group, taking part in projects on health and exercise. I also share knowledge in technical media such as Sport Life, where I analyse ingredients such as Alpha Lipoic Acid.
