    Being a vegetarian I always have my iron reserves low, a plus that has folic acid and b12 also essential for vegetarians, also contains vitamin c which promotes its absorption. Comfortable capsules that are easily swallowed, do not give any kind of side effects. Highly recommended.

    I don't eat meat so I like to supplement vitamin B12, and it is very good for me to have a supplement that is iron and B12 because I tend to have it low. As for the tablet format and absorption it goes well.
