Antioxidant with benefits for skin and general health.

I take lycopene for its antioxidant properties and because it contributes to skin care and cardiovascular health. It comes with flax oil, which improves its absorption. It is easy to take and does not cause discomfort. I find it a very complete supplement for everyday use.

It's great that HSN has lycopene in pill form, which makes it very easy to take care of prostate health. Also, the combination with flaxseed enhances its absorption, and makes it a better supplement than other brands.
