How to take GIFT SET - SPORT ESSENTIALS - 4 products

Evokalyn Alkaline Creatine: Take 1 veggie capsule in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, and 1 veggie capsule at night, 30 minutes before dinner. Evovits (multivitamin): Take 1 veggie capsule once a day with a meal. Evolytes (Electrolyte Salts): Take 2 veggie capsules with 500-600 ml of water, 3 times a day.

It seems to me a super complete pack and very well thought out for the daily life of any active person. It includes just the essentials to train consistently, without complications, and also comes presented in a very neat box, perfect also for gifts. The detail of the pill box adds a lot and makes keeping the routine really easy and practical.
