Ingredients
Brewer's yeast (gluten, dried, inactive), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent [stearic acid (vegetable source)], stabiliser (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose cross-linked), anti-caking agents [magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide]. Contains wheat.
Warnings
Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. For adults only. Brewer's yeast has significant amounts of tyramine. Consult your doctor if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or other medication, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have Crohn's disease, or another medical condition. Produced in facilities that process soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and nuts.
Take 3 tablets, 3 times a day with meals.

I love it because it is the only one that has 650mg per capsule. So you can take less amount in the different shots of the day.

I take brewer's yeast especially in the seasons of hair loss, sometimes I notice that it starts to decrease in a short time. If the amount to be taken could be reduced it would be great.
