Royal jelly (14mg 10-HDA) (lyophilized concentrate equal to 1000mg of fresh royal jelly), softgel capsule [(bovine gelatin, water, humectant (glycerine)], extra virgin olive oil, sunflower lecithin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

But cheaper than at the herbalist. In times of stress, exams, insomnia and in winter they help me with extra energy. Take on an empty stomach with water. The effects are noticeable after 2-3 weeks.
