Amylopectin 2.0 (Waxy Maize Starch) properties
Amylopectin 2.0 (Waxy Maize Starch) is a source of carbohydrates:
- Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high intensity or long duration physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of stored glycogen in skeletal muscles.1
Amylopectin has a high degree of polymerisation, typical of the more structurally complex fraction that makes up the large starch polysaccharides.
- Consumption of products with a high content of slowly digested starch increases the blood glucose concentration after a meal less than products with a low content of slowly digested starch.

Pity about the presentation
Alhcgr 05/02/2023
Very good hydrate during training with maps and after with the shake. I feel good, it is a very light powder, precisely because of that when you open the sachet you get all lost, I have passed it to an empty can of cola cao from Mercadona.

Good carbohydrate at a good price, it is very well digested and easy to take but in my case after a few hours it has given me a lot of gas discomfort, so I have switched to rice flour. For those who don't have any discomfort, this amylopectin is very good.

Excellent product to recover after workouts. I mix it with protein and I notice a faster muscle recovery. In my case, I mix 40g of isolated protein with 60g of amylopectin.
