L-Leucine concentration

Leucine is the most popular amino acid in the BCAA group because it is found in high-quality dietary proteins such as dairy products.

    I think it is very good. I say "I think" because I have been using it for a short time. I use it in intra-workout and I notice that I train more fluid, I do not know if it is or not coincidence. The flavor I've tried is watermelon, it's very mild but it's good. The zip of the bag does not close as it should, it remains a little open, as in almost all products.
