  • The eternal doubt: powder or extract

    The good thing is that it contains all phytochemicals, of all nature (which extracts are limited to curcuminoids-curcumin). That it is not too well absorbed, does not detract from its effects in and through the intestinal tract-microbiota. I combine-alternate both.
