Better taste in my meals

Since I started using Himalayan pink salt, I have noticed a small change in the way I season my meals: its flavor is milder, with a slight mineral nuance that I really like. I find it a more natural alternative to conventional table salt, especially because it is less processed. But it's still salt, so I use it sparingly.
