It fulfills its function perfectly. Its effectiveness, in my opinion, is somewhat lower compared to other products (such as Creatine Excell). It is a safe product. I take it together with protein, so I can't evaluate its taste or dissolution since the dose of between 3g to 4g that I ingest per serving is hidden in the protein shake. The smaller format lasts me a little over a month.
