La verdad se nota después de dejar de tomarla al volver rendir más, tiene muy buen precio, no noto que suba peso reteniendo líquido, o porque no lo consigue esta creatina o porque ya la tomé unos años antes y con el tiempo deja de hacerlo (que lo dice alguna gente) El precio si dejan de inflarlos muy bien y accesible , contento con ella, no sé si debería de haber retenido más líquido y hacer cogido 2-3kg de peso después de la fase de carga y tomarla mes y medio antes del descanso como me pasaba al principio o si es normal. Pero bueno, la recomiendo.
