I have been using different creatines for years, different brands and formulations. Lately I was using Creapure, to ensure top quality. After watching PowerExplosive videos for years I decided to follow your advice and try HSN monohydrate, and I am 100% satisfied. It dissolves better than Creapure. It settles more slowly, so you don't have to keep stirring it with a spoon all the time. Its effectiveness is the usual Creatine Monohydrate. It is very cheap! The only "negative" is that it has some taste. I usually take it with pineapple juice, and while the Creapure does not alter the taste at all, this does give a point that without being unpleasant, you notice that you have added something to the juice. In conclusion: a perfect choice if you want creatine!
Llevo usando diferentes creatinas hace años, diferentes marcas y formulaciones. Últimamente usaba Creapure, por asegurar una calidad top.
Tras ver también durante años videos de PowerExplosive me decidí a seguir su consejo y probar el monohidrato de HSN, y me ha satisfecho al 100%.
Se disuelve mejor que la Creapure. Sedimenta más despacio, por lo que no hay que estar dándole vueltas con una cuchara todo el rato.
Su efectividad es la habitual de la Creatina Monohidrato.
Es baratísima!!
Lo único "negativo" es que tiene algo de sabor. Yo la suelo tomar con zumo de piña, y mientras la Creapure no altera lo más mínimo su sabor, esta sí que da un punto que sin ser desagradable, notas que algo le has añadido al zumo.
En conclusión: una opción perfecta si quieres creatina!
