Excellent multivitamin

I have been taking it for a long time, especially during times when I don't get enough nutrients, such as when I am on a low calorie diet and intermittent fasting. My vitamin levels have improved tremendously and it helps me feel more active and less tired. Unbeatable quality and price. The only downside is that it is not vegan, so I will have to stop taking it, as I am a vegetarian transitioning to vegan, a pity because it is very complete but this is a point to take into account.

Hace mucho que lo tomo sobre todo en temporadas que no obtengo suficientes nutrientes, como cuando estoy con dieta hipocalórica y ayuno intermitente. Mis niveles de vitaminas han mejorado muchísimo y me ayuda a sentirme más activa y menos cansada. Inmejorable calidad y precio. El único pero es que no es vegano, así que deberé dejar de tomarlo, pues soy vegetariana haciendo transición a vegana, una lástima pues es muy completo pero esto es un punto a tener en cuenta.
