An essential in my supplementation
At home we don't eat much fish and the doctor recommended us to take omega 3, with IFOS certificate, better quality. I combine it with Krill oil also from HSN and I take one capsule of each. It does not repeat itself, has no taste and is comfortable to take. Good for cardiovascular health.

Still in trial period but with expectations because everything I have from HSN has not let me down.
