When I discovered Ashwaghanda, I decided to buy the 3 ratios offered by HSN. I found the 10:1 extraction ratio better for day to day use, but each person has to try it out to see which one works best for them, we are all different. Other suppliers offer the KSM-66 formula more expensively than HSN, and for that I congratulate them, as they are always one step ahead of the competition.
Cuando descubrí la Ashwaghanda, decidí comprar las 3 ratios que ofrece HSN. A mí para el día a día me resultó mejor la de la ratio extracción 10:1, pero cada persona tiene que probar para saber cuál le resulta más eficaz, cada uno somos diferentes.
