A 500g sachet of which you have to take 20g per shot, so you have enough for 25 shots. In each one there are 600mg of nitrates and more stuff. Spectacular! The taste of the fruit punch is delicious. It's great for me to take 3 or 4 days before a long ride (from 3 hours) and the day of the ride to take the last shot. It is the best option to take nitrates regularly.
