I am celiac and had been a couple of years with gluten-free oatmeal powder for breakfast and I just switched to cream of rice, in my case cookie flavor, and I can only say that I am very happy with the change and is very good. Gluten-free oats are expensive and hard to find, and for celiacs, even if it is gluten-free, digestion is a little heavy, especially if there is a lot of quantity.

I tried the neutral flavor and it is very good to combine it with whatever you like. It can be taken cold or heated. It is very easy and quick to prepare. It is perfect to have a dose of instant energy before training. The zip bag format is a little uncomfortable to dispense and close, but otherwise it is recommended. Perhaps it is a bit expensive for rice.
