Ferrous bisglycinate or iron bis-glycinate chelate is composed of two molecules bound to a ferrous cation. Due to this bonding, the iron is protected from interactions with other minerals.

Iron (Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate), rice flour, glazing agent [cellulose (capsule)], anti-caking agent [stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide].
