    I started taking it together with L-ARGININE a little over a month ago and I improved a lot in a couple of weeks, lifting more weight and looking in the best shape after 6 years of training. Taking one in the morning on an empty stomach and another one in the afternoon (at snack time), important: be careful with taking it close to bedtime, it affects my sleep.
