I find it a good option if you are looking for a vegan protein, with a high percentage of protein per serving and no added sugars. The texture is a bit thicker and denser than whey proteins, but mixing it with vegetable drink, yogurt or adding it to smoothies with fruit makes it much more pleasant. I also like that it can be used in recipes such as porridges, creams, desserts.

La textura es algo más espesa y densa que la de las proteínas de suero, pero mezclándola con bebida vegetal, yogur o añadiéndola a batidos con fruta se vuelve bastante más agradable. I LOVE IT!!! It is the second one I order. The aminogram is quite complete, a little less than the soy, but it is TREMENDOUSLY GOOD! I highly recommend it, some people say it tastes artificial.... But for me it takes away all my cravings for junk. I recommend mixing it with fresh cheese shake above all (it's crazy) and with Greek yogurt as a snack :) in desserts it's also great!
