The product comes in perfect condition and is of high quality. It is an enzyme complex that helps with digestion. I always recommend it to have it at home and use it on those days when we eat large meals and have heavy digestions. However, it is not advisable to abuse it as it reduces the activity of our own digestive enzymes.
