Effective in the long term
I use it as part of the supplementation I take for my hair (together with Zinc). The improvement is not noticeable from the first month since hair is a slow process, but after a couple of months taking both supplements I notice a lot of improvement. This supplement covers the doses of Biotin, Zinc, Selenium and Copper very well. It is true that it is a bit uncomfortable to swallow.
