In 9_2025 I had my cholesterol tested and it came back at 220. I looked for a supplement and this one seemed to be one of the most complete. I took it every day as soon as I could remember, sometimes taking only 2 tablets instead of 4 because I forgot one of them. In 1_26 I had my blood tested again and the figure was down to 183. It does what it promises.
