I take it for hypothyroidism
It was recommended to me by my Internal Medicine doctor. I have hypothyroidism and I take Eutirox 25 mg. In order not to increase the dose, my doctor recommended me to take a minimum dose of Kelp (be careful not to overdose), plus Zn and Selenium and other things. It comes in large quantities and lasts a lot. It comes with a measuring spoon. Its taste is not unpleasant, it is salty, sea flavor.
Me lo recomendó mi doctora de Medicina Interna. Tengo hipotiroidismo y tomo Eutirox 25 mg. Para no aumentar la dosis, mi doctora me recomendó tomar una mínima dosis de Kelp (hay que cuidar de no pasarse de dosis), además de Zn y Selenio y otras cosas. Viene mucha cantidad y dura un montón. Trae cuchara dosificadora. Su sabor no me resulta desagradable, es salado, sabor a mar.
