    I had read a lot about how to promote a correct balance in estrogen levels for conception and this complex met 100% of what I was looking for. I noticed hormonal improvements within a week of starting to take it and that same month I became pregnant. The taste of the tablets was a little strong but otherwise I recommend it 100%.
