A few days ago I read in a nutrition book that it is better to take iron with less concentration (I was always looking for 70-100 mg). They caused me continuous digestive discomfort. This iron is a good choice to better absorb this indispensable mineral. I will buy it again.

I have been taking liposomal iron for some time now and the difference has been remarkable. Before, other iron supplements caused me digestive discomfort, such as nausea and constipation, but with this one I have had no problems. Also, I feel that my energy has improved a lot, I don't get as tired as I used to. Despite being a little more expensive than other versions, it is worth it.
