    It is very efficient. Excellent value for money. I like the powder that is very fine. Better in powder form so you can mix it in water before taking it. It makes snotty gel for those who don't like the texture. The quantities are multiplied by 100 times. In capsule I don't like it at all because it absorbs all the water from the intestine and if you don't take enough it strangles you. In powder form it is great. It also helps you in diet.

    Fantastic product! Psyllium is super easy to use and makes a huge difference to digestion. It mixes well with water or smoothies, helps intestinal transit and gives a feeling of satiety.
