What is L-Glutamine powder?

L-Glutamine powder by RawSeries is a vegan food supplement in powder form, based on L-glutamine from plant fermentation.

L-glutamine is the most abundant non (conditionally) essential amino acid in the body. Up to 60% of the amino acid content of muscle tissue is glutamine (Cruzat et al., 2018).

This is a food supplement suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
