What is L-Glutamine powder?

L-Glutamine powder by RawSeries is a vegan food supplement in powder form, based on L-glutamine from plant fermentation.

L-glutamine is the most abundant non (conditionally) essential amino acid in the body. Up to 60% of the amino acid content of muscle tissue is glutamine (Cruzat et al., 2018).

This is a food supplement suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

    Since I started taking this supplement I notice a better muscle recovery. In my case I take 10g daily. The closure as always, under my point of view is not good, I prefer the screw cap bottles used by other manufacturers, but the product is unbeatable.
