Affron® saffron extract (3:1) from EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement based on saffron stigma extract and vitamin B12.

Affron® is a premium saffron extract standardized to 3.5% Lepticrosalides®, by HPLC (Pharmactive Biotech Products, s.f.).

This is a product suitable for vegan diets.

One pill at night, it stains the urine, but I was still sleeping badly until I took vitamin D3, they also say it works well with premenstrual syndrome and hormonal imbalance. In my case I have not seen these effects, which I have achieved with other supplements such as vitex or vitamin D3. I think I will be a while without taking it and I will see if I really need it or not.

Una pastilla por la noche, tiñe la orina, pero dormir seguía durmiendo mal hasta que me tomé la vitamina D3, también dicen que va bien con el síndrome premenstrual y el desequilibrio hormonal. En mi caso no he visto estos efectos, que si he conseguido con otros complementos como el vitex o la vitamina D3. Creo que estaré un tiempo sin tomarlo y veré si realmente lo necesito o no.
