Two key factors add to that choice: extraction ratio and standardization. The ratio shows how much raw plant material was used to get the extract (for example, 10:1 means 10 grams of plant were needed to get 1 gram of concentrated extract). With specific amino acids: GABA, L-Theanine, and Glycine, complementing the formula

Besides plant extracts and melatonin, Sleep Care includes specific amino acids that complete and set the formula apart: GABA, L-theanine, and Glycine.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a non-proteinogenic amino acid of great interest in functional nutrition. We included a dose of 300 mg per daily serving.

Along with it, Glycine, another amino acid, is present in a amount of 250 mg per daily dose. Its inclusion reflects a holistic approach to the formula, aiming for balance between plant extracts, melatonin, and amino acid components.

Finally, we’ve used L-Theanine, the functional form of theanine, from a natural source, since Sleep Care contains a decaffeinated green tea extract ultraconcentrated to 99% L-theanine, so it’s practically the pure amino acid, highly valued for nighttime use.

This way, Sleep Care doesn’t just combine plants and melatonin, but also integrates selected amino acids in studied amounts, delivering a complete and balanced formulation.
