Vitamin B3 nicotinamide 500mg by EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement in veg capsules made with pure vitamin B3 niacinamide.

This product has been producedwithout using raw materials or excipients of animal origin, making it completely suitable for use in vegetarian and vegan diets.

Nicotinic acid has very low use limits. According to reports from the European Food Safety Authority (2010), no more than 10mg of this form of vitamin should be consumed, which is below the nutrient reference values recommended for niacin by the European Parliament

These low limits are due to the impossibility of using higher doses.

Ingredients

Nicotinamide (vitamin B3), vegetable capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
