    The bars give you the calories you need, very useful if you are going to do mountain sports or you have little room in your suitcase, but take them with a bottle of water next to you.

    Apple flavor. They are delicious, but they can be made into a ball if you want to use them as an energy bar, for example during bike rides. It's like eating a Christmas marzipan.

    I ordered a bargain one to try, they are not bad tasting, but they are very dry, I didn't like them. It is a good source of carbohydrates if you need it, yes.
