Made exclusively from 100% pistachio. Pistachio cream is the preparation of 100% pistachio ground to a creamy consistency, i.e. it does not contain any other ingredients.

The cream is 100% natural, without additives, added sugars and fats.

How to use the cream?

It is possible that when you first open the container you will find oil on the surface.

Don't throw it away! It is the oil from the natural composition of the pistachio, not added, it separates as the pistachio cream is natural and has no additives added to keep it integrated, but it is easy to homogenise.

With a spoon, stir the contents of the container (with the oil, of course) until you get a super creamy texture.

Once you have done this, enjoy the pistachio cream!

If you leave the pistachio cream in the pantry for many days without using it, it is normal that when you return you will find the cream again with the oil separated, simply integrate it again; this does not happen if you use it regularly.
