  • Excellent alternative to egg white powder

    A very good alternative to classic powdered egg whites. It has a strong flavor and works very well in both cakes and omelets. If youre making cakes or something that needs to rise, you might want to add a little more leavening agent than traditional egg whites. I recommend it for those looking for less protein per gram and a little more fat on a ketogenic diet.
