Ingredients:

•  75 g oat flour
•  Extra creamy nut butter
•  Cocoa cream
•  6 egg whites
•  Cinnamon
•  Ghee

Preparation:

•  Mix the ingredients in a bowl (except the ghee) and stir with a hand mixer.
•  The batter might be a bit thick, so if needed, add a little milk.
•  Use a non-stick pan, preheated with a tablespoon of ghee.
•  Add 1 tablespoon of batter at a time, cooking about 30 seconds per side. Spread with cocoa cream and/or extra creamy nut butter to taste.
