Evobcaa's from SportSeries is a powdered supplement based on Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) 12:1:1 and top-quality Glutamine, with sweeteners. how and when to take?

Depending on how you want to use BCAA's, the way to take them will differ:

  • Pre-workout: Take 1 scoop (11 g) about 15-20 minutes before your workout.
  • Intra-workout: Take Evobcaa's along with a carb source like Evocarbs. Mix 1/2 scoop with carbs every 45 minutes during intense activity.
  • Post-workout: Ideally, take Evobcaa's with proteins, as this combo works synergistically. Add 1 scoop (11 g) of BCAA's to your protein shake.
