Evocarbs 2.0 1Kg - SportSeries

Evocarbs 2.0 is a vegan powdered food supplement made from carbohydrates and electrolytes. This blend is designed to meet the needs of athletes doing high-intensity or long-duration exercise. It fits perfectly before, during, or after training.

Each serving of Evocarbs 2.0 contains 35 g of carbohydrates, which help recover normal muscle function after physical exercise. It’s also a source of magnesium, included in the formula because it supports electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function, and reduces tiredness and fatigue.

Another highlight is that it contains multiple carbohydrate sources. We did this based on the ACSM study showing that combining fructose and glucose sources increases carbohydrate oxidation compared to using glucose alone.

Also, keep in mind it’s suitable for vegans and vegetarians, has great solubility, and the flavors are super tasty.

How to take it?

  • To prepare this drink, mix 2 scoops (40 g) with 400 ml of water.
  • The frequency depends on each athlete’s needs. For long races, it’s recommended to drink about 150-200 ml of the chosen sports drink every 20-30 minutes from the start of the race, rather than waiting to drink a lot every hour.

When to take it?

    I have tried all the flavors and I think they taste good and perform very well. I have only been taking it for a couple of days and I notice that fatigue appears less in the same distance I travel.
