Ingredients

100 g of neutral-flavored oat flour
30 g of egg white powder
1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum
1 cup of almond plant drink
1 tablespoon of ghee
Lemon zest
Cinnamon

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to the tall bowl of the blender.
Blend until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
When the waffle iron is hot, add a portion of batter to each cavity and close.
After 6 or 7 minutes, the waffles will be ready.
Top with a bit of extra-creamy cream or one of the available protein creams. You'll love them!
