Caprylic acid [from 1 mg of MCT oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides) from coconut and palm oil], softgel [bovine gelatin, humectant (glycerin), water].
Warnings

Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place. Do not consume the dry pouch, keep it inside the bottle.
