HSN Hydrogels vs Traditional Gels

Evoenergy Hydrogel and Evoenergy Gel (both in traditional and maxi versions) are options available at HSN as energy gels, which you can use according to your requirements, to meet your nutritional needs effectively.

According to scientific research conducted by the leading international groups, the ideal carbohydrate ratio can vary depending on factors such as the total amount of carbohydrates to be consumed during the event, primarily.

    Very surprised by the evolution of HSN gels, the truth is an improvement over the previous ones, good presentation format and very successful flavors with easy transport in pocket or vest. Extra energy supply at the right time during training or competition.

    Good hydrogel for long workouts. I really like the taste, both lemon and pineapple, and it is very easy to take. In my case it has not given me any digestive problems.

    I love it especially that it is more liquid and no need to drink water with the gel. in 1h and a half runs I take it at 45min, and not being so long training I avoid carrying the backpack, water, etc.....
