Evoburn - Discover the classic from HSN
Evoburn from SportSeries is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules, developed from a combination of scientifically studied compounds (caffeine, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, and specific compounds). It’s a quality formula with a substantial stimulant load, coming from its over 200 mg of caffeine, making Evoburn the star product for the day, but not suitable for night use.
The Evoburn formula is one of the brand’s first launches of specific formulas to the market, and has accompanied the definitional stages of all fitness lovers since 2013; during this time, we’ve learned and updated ourselves with the latest published scientific evidence, and Evoburn, during its more than 10 years of life, has evolved as science uncovered consistent evidence for new interesting compounds.
A balanced composition
Contains compounds backed by scientific evidence
The importance of a dietary supplement containing scientifically backed compounds lies in product safety. Ingredients that have undergone scientific studies provide confidence and support for users that the product isn’t based on popular preconceived notions. Moreover, these compounds have been evaluated for safety, meaning we know what amounts can be used to balance safety and quality.
At HSN we use only quality ingredients for developing our formulas, and of course Evoburn wasn’t going to be an exception. Using high-quality compounds lets us provide you with clear, evidence-based information about Evoburn, which adds great value for anyone interested in buying the product since it lets you make an informed purchase, not one driven by unjustified marketing. In a market full of options, we prioritize transparency and scientific evidence as crucial factors to develop a product with the standards we demand to be a 'HSN formula,' our quality and the positive reviews from all users who trust us back us up.
Try Evoburn and discover a quality formula.
With plant extracts standardized
Standardization of herbal extracts in their characteristic phytochemical constituents is crucial to guarantee product consistency and quality. This standardization means the extract contains a specific, consistent amount of the compounds responsible for its physiological effects. Without this standardization, levels of these compounds can vary significantly between batches, resulting in inconsistent products. By using standardized extracts, like the ones we use in Evoburn, you can be sure you’ll always get a consistent contribution, essential for achieving the desired nutritional results.
Knowing the standardization of the extracts used, something we achieve thanks to the excellent quality control of the raw materials we use, we can choose the best dose to use for each of the chosen compounds for Evoburn’s development, so we select the safe contribution guaranteed.

High caffeine content from different sources
Evoburn is a formula with stimulants, these stimulants are caffeine as the fundamental alkaloid, containing, a total daily dose of the product, of 6 vegetable capsules: +200 mg of caffeine.
From this total, a relevant portion is anhydrous caffeine, of natural origin purified from green coffee beans, but added in pure form to adjust the quantities to the stimulant support we aimed for with our product.
The rest of the caffeine is naturally present in plant extracts with stimulating alkaloids that are part of the Evoburn formula:
- Guaraná.
- Green tea.
- Yerba mate.
A balanced caffeine intake, with a significant but adjusted stimulant load. Evoburn isn’t a supplement focused solely on delivering a very high caffeine dose; Evoburn goes much further and that’s why it doesn’t need mega caffeine dosages.
With sinefrine, theobromine and more well-known compounds
Evoburn contains different compounds known for their properties in formulas of this type, and many of these compounds are naturally present in the plant extracts it contains, for example:
| Compound | Origin |
| Guaranine | Guaraná |
| Capsaicin | Cayenne |
| Polyphenols and catechins | Green tea |
| Mateine | Yerba mate |
| P-Sinefrina | Bitter orange |
| Theobromine | Cacao |
| Salicin | Willow bark |
| Naringin | Grapefruit |
| Piperine | Black pepper |
All these naturally sourced compounds are important contributions to Evoburn’s formula properties.
In addition to other compounds that have been specifically added in purified presentations to complete the HSN formula:
- L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (2:1).
A quality formula: Know its properties
The properties of Evoburn’s components make it a standout formula, since:
- Contributes to lipid metabolism (property associated with green tea).
- Helps regulate fat metabolism (thanks to Coleus forskohlii).
And during the definitional training period, the caffeine it contains contributes to the increase in endurance capacity (as long as consumed at 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before physical exercise), helping to extend training time.
Daily dose split into several servings, why?
Splitting intake across the day is a strategy to maintain constant levels of ingredients in the body.
When a large dose is taken at once, it can cause a rapid and high rise in blood levels of these compounds, followed by a sharp drop. This results in peaks and valleys, which can reduce benefits throughout the day and lead to consuming larger amounts of compounds at once, potentially negatively affecting more caffeine-sensitive people, for example due to high levels in a short period.
We have developed Evoburn’s intake in smaller doses throughout the day, allowing a more sustained intake of the formula’s compounds in the body. This helps maintain a more stable level of these compounds, optimizing it and thus avoiding the consumption of large quantities of certain compounds at one time.
Besides, taking them separately allows a more constant intake of the different product components, keeping levels more steady in the body.
We recommend the last dose before 6 p.m. to avoid sleep interference.
Stimulant content and night use, is it possible?
Products with stimulants don’t mix well with sleep and rest.
It’s important to take the last dose of stimulants at least 6 hours before sleep to avoid interference with rest. Stimulants, like caffeine, and other compounds present in Evoburn, such as theobromine, can increase alertness, which is beneficial during the day but problematic when it comes to sleep. If taken too close to bedtime, these compounds can make it harder to fall asleep and reduce sleep quality, leading to inadequate rest.
Given the importance of rest for physical and psychological well-being, it’s advisable to avoid compounds that could interfere with it, so Evoburn is ideal for daytime takes, up to early afternoon approximately; and you can continue using a similar formula during evening hours with Evoburn Sin Estimulantes. Perfectly compatible with the use of Evoburn classic.
Q&A - HSN Responds
Is Evoburn safe? I’ve never used it
Evoburn is a completely safe dietary supplement at the daily recommended dose for healthy individuals.
Just keep in mind that due to its caffeine content it is not recommended for children or pregnant women, nor during breastfeeding.
Does Evoburn have side effects?
Caffeine has a stimulant-like effect, which is the most identifying and positive aspect of the compound; however, its dose is cumulative, meaning that beyond a certain amount it can cause over-activation manifested as anxiety.
People more sensitive to caffeine effects can use its non-stimulant version.
Can I take more Evoburn than recommended?
It’s neither necessary nor advisable.
The daily recommended Evoburn dose is enough to harness all its properties, regardless of factors like body weight or body fat percentage that a person has or wants to achieve.
Can I use Evoburn on an empty stomach? And before cardio?
Yes, just note that stimulant effects on an empty stomach are more noticeable and intense.
You can use Evoburn both on an empty stomach and before training, and before training on an empty stomach.
Note that taking capsules on an empty stomach can be hard for those with sensitive digestion, especially in Evoburn due to the pungent compounds characteristic of the cayenne extract it contains; if you experience any digestive discomfort, we recommend using the product with food to avoid this effect.
Can I use Evoburn even if I’m not in a definitional training phase?
Caffeine has properties beyond the effects sought with Evoburn, in fact it’s a positive agent for athletic performance and improves focus and alertness when consumed at least 75 mg.
So it isn’t exclusively usable for definitional phase, but to reap the above effects it’s better:
How many days do I need to rest from Evoburn? Can I use it year-round?
After reviews of the latest scientific studies published regarding caffeine, we’ve updated our recommendations.
It’s no longer necessary to rest from Evoburn. Caffeine doesn’t lose its properties with continuous use, and that’s what the most recent studies with high methodological quality report.
So Evoburn can be used continuously, without breaks, and all year round without issues.
