High caffeine content from different sources

Evoburn is a thermogenic formula with stimulants, with caffeine as the main alkaloid, containing a total daily dose of 6 vegetable capsules: +200 mg of caffeine.

Of this total, a significant part is anhydrous caffeine, naturally purified from green coffee beans, but added in pure form to adjust the stimulant amount we wanted for our product.

The rest of the caffeine is naturally present in the plant extracts with stimulating alkaloids of the nervous system that are part of the Evoburn formula:

When taking a large dose all at once, it can cause a rapid and high spike in blood levels of these compounds, followed by a sharp drop. This results in peaks and valleys in product effectiveness, which can reduce benefits throughout the day and lead to consuming higher amounts of compounds at once, potentially negatively affecting people more sensitive to stimulants, for example, due to high levels in a short time.

We developed Evoburn’s intake in smaller doses throughout the day to allow a more sustained release of the formula’s compounds in the body. This helps maintain a more stable level of these compounds, optimizing their effectiveness and avoiding consuming large amounts of certain compounds all at once.

Also, taking them separately can be more effective by allowing a more constant intake of the product’s different components, maintaining steadier levels in the body.

Stimulant content and nighttime use, is it possible?

Products with stimulants, including thermogenics, don’t mix well with sleep and rest.

It’s important to take the last stimulant dose at least 6 hours before sleeping to avoid interfering with rest. Is Evoburn safe? I’ve never used thermogenics before

Evoburn is a completely safe supplement at the recommended daily dose for healthy people.

Just keep in mind that due to its caffeine content, it’s not recommended for children or pregnant women, nor during breastfeeding.

Does Evoburn have side effects?

Caffeine has a characteristically stimulating effect, which is the most distinctive and positive aspect of the compound; however, its dose is cumulative, meaning above a certain amount it can cause overstimulation that may show as anxiety.

  • EVOBURN: an extra boost of energy when I need a push

    I tried EVOBURN mostly for the days when I have a hard time starting before training. For me it gives me a plus of activation and focus, and it is especially noticeable if you come with little energy. It's potent, though: I started with a small amount to see tolerance and I wouldn't take it late because it can affect sleep. In general, I see it as a punctual support for demanding workouts, not as something magical for burning.

    Easy to swallow and tasteless capsules. However, I recommend having a strong stomach because cayenne can affect it. Personally, I didn't notice anything during the time I was taking it and I have always followed a balanced diet without excesses. But maybe someone will find it useful.
