It's potent, though: I started with a small amount to see tolerance and I wouldn't take it late because it can affect sleep. In general, I see it as a punctual support for demanding workouts, not as something magical for burning.

Eso sí, es potente: empecé con poca cantidad para ver tolerancia y no lo tomaría tarde porque puede afectar al sueño.
