Ingredients
Schizandra berry (Schisandra chinensis), gelatine, bulking agent [microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fibre)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

They have been great for me, it helps me to be more relaxed, with less mood swings. I had tried rhodiola (it gave me insomnia) and ashwagandha (it left me groggy all day), and they told me about schizandra, I don't miss it anymore, every once in a while I take breaks, but I take it almost every day since I discovered it.
